Senate Bill 6, the bill that makes some big fixes and enhancements to the Cannabis Regulation Act has had an amendment added that will threaten cannabis businesses across the state.

Contact your senator today and let them know that the amendment outlawing drive-thru windows should be removed! Drive-thru windows are about helping patients more easily access their medicine, something we’ve all fought hard for in New Mexico. This is an issue that has been taken up by cities and counties around the state, deciding how their communities should live and work with the cannabis industry. Tell your senator to keep the power to decide in local hands and vote to remove the drive-thru amendment.
